Well equipped, renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. From all three bedrooms with double beds (good bed quality) you can access the terrace with sea views. The bathrooms are okay for the price level, but unfortunately both have no windows. The location is great and Rabac with restaurants etc. can easily be reached on foot. Parking is right next to the property in a shady pine forest. The small supermarket directly below is very pleasant, where you can buy all things of daily use; also pastries like donuts, rolls and brioche in the morning. The owners are very nice and accommodating; you can communicate perfectly in German and Italian. Great location with beaches within walking distance; Old town Labin can be reached quickly. In Labin also large supermarkets such as Spar, Lidl, DM and Müller.
