PRIVATE ACCOMMODATION

  1. Simple search:

    Homepage / Select the type of accommodation in the search box / Dates of stay / Number of people / Destination / Click "Search"

  2. Search by map:

    Homepage / Click "Search by map" in the search box / Click on the region / Click on the county / Click on the town / Click on "Display offer" in the right corner

  3. Advanced search:

    Homepage / Click "Advanced search" in the search box / Choose among the parameters / Click "Search"

  1. Make the "Simple search" / Click on the "Detailed presentation" of the selected accommodation:
    • Enter dates and number of people into the form "Calculation/Reservation" and click on "Continue" (If necessary, here you can select and book, if available, more rooms or apartments in the same property by clicking "Add more units")
    • Enter your personal data (you can also enter them by singing in to Facebook/Google or as an Existing User) and click "Continue"
    • If you have any special requests, or you want to inform us that you've been recommended by someone, leave a message or a note for the agency and check the box to confirm that you agree with the terms and conditions (If you don't have any special requests it's better to leave the message form empty because we will be able to process your booking request much faster!)
    • Click "Continue"
    • Your reservation was received and you can pay it immediately with your credit card (Visa/Mastercard)! If you don't want to pay now or you don't want to pay with a credit card at all, you will receive an email with paying instructions within a few minutes
  2. You can click "Detailed calculation" at any moment and you'll get a detailed calculation of the price and the paying dynamics. If you need any help through the reservation process, just contact us by phone at +385 21 456 456, or click on "Contact" at the top of Homepage and fill in the form, or send as an email on info@adriatic.hr
NOTE: If you're on the detailed presentation of the accommodation, but you can't see the prices (there are dashes instead), and there is no ''Calculation/Reservation'' form it means the particular accommodation is temporarily not available for booking, however it can be available again in just few days. So, be sure to visit our website again or contact us through chat, phone or email. Our team will be more than happy to help you!

To confirm a reservation it is required to pay the amount indicated as 'advance payment' during the reservation process – at times it's a full amount, but in most cases, one-third of the amount is paid immediately and the rest is paid directly to the owner, on spot upon arrival.

In case you've made a credit card payment during the reservation process, consider your reservation as confirmed! Your credit card will be charged right after your reservation date was confirmed as available by the Host.

In case you haven't made a payment with your credit card during the reservation process, you can make a payment within 24 hours starting from the time your reservation date was confirmed available. All the information you might need to make the payment will be sent to the e-mail address you provided while booking accommodation through our website.

Once we receive your payment and it's visible on our registered account, a Voucher will be sent to your e-mail address as a reservation confirmation with all the details about the owner included.

After the agency receives your payment, as a confirmation of reservation we will send Voucher with all the important information to your email address.

The Voucher stands as a proof of paid and confirmed reservation - you should print it and give it to the host upon arrival. Don't forget to ask the host to sign the statement on your copy of the Voucher that you have settled the remaining costs!

Payment can only be made in Euro:

  • You can pay with a credit card (Visa/MasterCard/Maestro) during the reservation process or later by using the link you will get in the mail with paying instructions
  • By bank transfer: All the information you need to make the payment will be sent to the email address you provided while making the reservation on our website

Right after your payment went through, your reservation is confirmed. We send you a Voucher as soon as possible to your e-mail address. In the Voucher you will find the contact number of the owner and other important info about the accommodation that you've booked.

It is preferable to contact the owner upon arrival. In the voucher you will get contact details of the Host, accurate GPS coordinates of the object and the QR Code through which you can download directions to the facility.

You can announce your time of arrival by SMS or call and ask the Host any additional information on accommodation you might consider important.

Change or cancellation of reservation should be done in writing (by e-mail).

After you start using the booked services, the change of reservation is no longer possible. Change or cancellation of reservation may include a fee.

In case of a reservation change and depending on the time of the change, we charge a fixed administrative cost.

In case of a cancellation of reservation we also charge a cost as a percentage of the total amount, depending on the time when the cancellation occurred.


All fees are explained in the article "THE CLIENT'S RIGHT TO CHANGE AND CANCELLATIONS" in general terms and conditions.

Specific Terms and conditions of change and reservation cancellation considering your reservation will be explained in your Voucher.

If the Host is not able to provide accommodation services on the day of your arrival, it is best to contact us to find the same or better category of alternative accommodation. Please note that these situations are extremely rare.

If we are unable to find alternative accommodation at our own expense, the customer will receive a 100% refund. In case the refund happens, the guest has no right to claim compensation for any additional costs associated with the booking.

The agency is obliged to inform the guests that have confirmed their time of arrival about the change in booking or a booking cancellation immediately upon the occurrence of extraordinary circumstances and to offer an alternative solution (a new accommodation, the alternative term, refunds ...), depending on the moment in which the termination occurred. In that case, of course, there is no cancellation charge for the customer!

Total impression on your stay in the accommodation you have booked using the services of Adriatic.hr you can write using a personalized link you will receive after the expiration date of your reservation. All these reviews are visible on the web page of each specific accommodation presentation.

All credit card details are secure and free for only one-time charge of the amount of your reservation as explained in our General terms and conditions of providing accommodation services.


All credit card details are sent directly to the billing system and are not stored in our data base.

If you search any property on our website and you can not decide which one you would like to book and you feel it's best to postpone the decision for later or show selected properties to your family, we recommend that you register on our website to be able to keep such lists.


As our registered user:
  • you have the option to save your favorite objects in the "Shortlist" where they will remain stored until you decide to delete them
  • by clicking on the button "Compare" you have the possibility of quick and simple comparison of properties that have been saved
  • you get a discount on your new reservation in each season
  • you get the opportunity to comment and review the accommodation where you have stayed, and share your experiences with other users

Since Croatia became a member of the European Union, some of our clients, such as residents of Russia or Ukraine, have to apply for a tourist or transit visa to spend the summer in Croatia or transit through Croatia.
