Nice location, close to the center, beach, shops. Everything is reachable on foot. A small but well-equipped kitchen for basic food preparation. Wifi worked intermittently. The parking lot is an agreement between the parties (in the house) about parking the vehicle if you want to go on a trip (otherwise the vehicle is parked). Otherwise, it makes no sense to move the vehicle because there are not enough organized parking lots in the area. The owners are pleasant and caring.:)

Neat, clean apartment with all the necessary equipment. A well-functioning air conditioner that satisfactorily cools all rooms. Very satisfied with the bathroom, which is spacious enough and has a perfectly working shower and its own source of hot water. Unfortunately, the kitchen corner, as is often the case, is not the most fortunate. of the two hobs, cooking was only possible on one. On the other, it was only possible to keep already cooked dishes warm. So the extra water heater was very welcome. The fridge worked great. Access to the beach requires some recreation. It is necessary to walk about eight flights of stairs. The beach can also be reached by road, which is similarly steep. Which isn't annoying anyway. The beach is neat and clean. There are additional options with or without shade in the immediate vicinity. Sunbeds and parasols are available for rent, but they are not cheap. Everything necessary for care is nearby. Shops, restaurants, service activities, . . . Everything can be reached on foot in a few minutes. There are many recreational areas, especially for jogging. The overall assessment is that we were satisfied and recommend it.
