The owner Radmila is very uncultured, she enters the apartment at 10:00 exactly without knocking to clean the room, with a comment that she is checked out by 10, while we are taking things out, she is already cleaning the apartment with an additional stupid comment, you're lucky I'm from Herzegovina! If I was a Dalmatian, you would have seen it, we still haven't understood what that means???? We were literally kicked out, I guess they tolerate about 10 minutes past 10:00. Also, when I said that it's a bit tricky to bring things out with a baby, she said, what if you have a baby, without any fuss, after all, I'm a guest who regularly paid for the service, I didn't stay for free!!!!!! Also the trash comment, which we didn't bring up, that's your job, not mine - that was a comment. In addition to the shortcomings of the apartment, the air conditioning dripping inside the apartment and on the balcony, where a person can slip and break, there is no hot water on the tap, the sheets were yellow, etc... everything could be seen except the lack of culture and rudeness.
