Apartments by the sea Podaca, Makarska - 13974

A very nice place to rest. Who is looking for peace and relief with the view of the beautiful sea straight from the terrace will find it here. The town is very small and therefore no crowds. From the apartment you go straight to the beach - a revelation. Rocky beach - nice pebbles. Housing clean water. The apartment itself is very nice - a living room with a separate sleeping area and a separate kitchen with a dining area (although we usually ate on the terrace - exit directly from the dining area), bedroom (one double bed plus a single bed), large bathroom with a bathtub. There is a small hall between the living room, bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom opens onto a balcony (connected to the terrace). The sun does not shine on the windows from noon, so there is no heat in the apartment, in addition, there are two independent air-conditioning units in the living room and bedroom. The owner was very nice and helpful. There are sidewalks along the sea connecting several towns, we went for several kilometers for walks - a very cool thing. The apartment itself is separated from the whole house, separate entrance (Croatians live downstairs, no obstacles, no one upstairs, there is also a private apartment next to it, sometimes someone is). Next to it, two restaurants, ice cream, a shop nearby. Parking separated and belonging to the apartment about 150 m up the stairs. I recommend it for people who want to take a break from crowds and noise. Paul:)
