I'm very sorry that the living area is ideal on all levels and the terrace with a wonderful view and the beach are suitable for all purposes, but I singled this out for the hostess because her partner was kind and helpful, she caused a lot of unpleasantness!!!! We traveled from Budapest at 14:30 due to the traffic jam, after we arrived after 22:00, we packed, we were happy to arrive and after half an hour we were told to be quiet, referring to the house rules, then we sat down to sleep after packing. There were no rules in Hungarian. Then there was only one day that during the so-called siesta, two people stayed at home and while listening to music, pancakes were baked at 3:30 p.m. and the next inconvenience came. They didn't watch the clock and how are we supposed to know what they mean by siesta? None of them speak English. They threatened my grandson and my 60-year-old girlfriend with the police, and then they called you! I'm not even talking about the humiliations of the last day, their behavior was below criticism. They started cleaning for him. wiping down shelves, during which they carefully looked over everything and counted it, even the particles of the robot machine, said Policeman with a sarcastic face! We have been visiting the coast of Croatia for 25 years, and we have become good friends with every host. We are trained organizational people. We felt extremely uncomfortable, especially because we were now taking a family with us who were on VACATION for the first time in their lives, SEEING THE SEA FOR THE FIRST TIME AND WAITING FOR IT WITH HORRIBLE EXCITEMENT. It was no fault of their own that they came to such a fate. They were ashamed of themselves for nothing!!! We didn't know these expectations in advance, that you have to go to bed from 11 p.m., that you can't be active between 2-4 p.m. if we know, we won't go there! Basically, it's a shame, because we planned to book both apartments for the whole family next year. but after so many atrocities we dare not try! We have been in contact with you on several occasions, and we have always received what was recommended! I would suggest one thing, if they make a written and required policy with such clauses, we get it before the reservation, since it is not fair to demand compliance with it without it being translated into my own language and we learned about it afterwards!
