Nice newer apartment with a nice atrium (terrace), adequate parking space and good access to shops and bars in the city center as well as to the nearby beaches. Considering the relatively high price of accommodation with comparable apartments, the good overall impression is worsened by a few shortcomings: - There is no towel rack in the bathroom, or there is not enough of it, and there is also a toilet paper holder missing. - The wardrobe in the bedroom is large, but could have more shelves. - The clothes drying rack could also have hooks for hanging clothes. - The entrance sliding door is awkward and gets stuck due to an obvious installation error, so it is very difficult to open and close it, and it is also possible to injure yourself. - The outside space behind the atrium (terrace) of the apartment is very untidy and does not match the level and price of the accommodation.
